Our team is writing an article about a software company named "Red Hat." This company provides open source software and they are very successful. This company has unique policy which every single stuff in the company can freely send email about their opinion, criticism and idea to CEO. They have tried to create environment which everyone can share their idea.
Red Hat has headquarter at Raleigh, North Carolina. They will have significant meeting at January 4th, 2018. The meeting is titled "Open Organization Advisory Team Meeting for Red Hat Why project." About 40 people include CEO, executives and team leaders attend this meeting. We will visit and see the meeting and doing some interview before and after the meeting. I am looking for local photographer who can take photos on the day. The photos are going to be a part of our magazine article.
Date: January 4h, 2018
Time: Between 9:30am and 1:30pm
Photos of their meeting (how they debate), office tour and interview (maybe include portrait),.
I will pay $200 for this photo shooting.
I will send $200 check to the photographer as soon as he/she send me all photos and invoice to me. I would like to have all photos the photographer takes on the day. We might use the photos more than once specifically for our magazine article. We will have credit information (name of photographer) every time when we use the photos in our magazine. The ownership of photos will belong to us (Nikkei Business).
